Common questions
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
What happens if I hit my plan limits?
You'll be prompted to upgrade. We won't delete any existing data — you just won't be able to add new artworks or locations until you upgrade or free up space.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings and you'll keep access through the end of your billing period. Your data stays intact if you come back.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is permanent, not a trial. Use it as long as you want. If you need more capacity, upgrade when you're ready.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or museums?
